If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please follow these steps:

  2. Contact Us – Share these images with our customer support team for verification.
  3. Choose Your Preferred Resolution:
    • Replacement: We will send you a new package at no extra cost.
    • Refund: After reviewing the provided details, a refund will be processed.

Note: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for any other reasons.

Exchange & Refund Guidelines

  • Do not accept a package that appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery.
  • If you notice damage, return the package to the delivery person immediately and take a photo as proof.
  • Share the image with us promptly so our team can verify the issue.
  • Once verified, you can either request a replacement or a refund.
