Zaffron Masala Return & Exchange Policy

At Zaffron Masala, we take pride in delivering the best quality products to our customers. Since our items are perishable in nature, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we do provide replacements in cases where the package is found to be tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery.

Return Policy

If you receive a tampered or damaged package, please follow these steps immediately:

  1. Capture EvidenceTake a clear video of the package while unpacking the product.
  2. Contact Us – Share these images with our customer support team for verification.
  3. Replacement Only : After verification, a replacement package will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Note: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for any other reasons.

Exchange & Refund Guidelines

  • Do not accept any package that looks tampered with or damaged.
  • If you notice such damage, return it to the delivery person immediately and take a photo as proof.
  • Share the image with our team promptly so we can verify the issue.
  • Once verified, a replacement will be arranged.

Important: This policy is applicable only at the time of delivery. Once the package has been received and accepted, no claims for exchange will be entertained.
