Ingredients:
- 500g baby potatoes
- 2 large onions (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (pureed)

- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds

Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes
- Wash and boil the baby potatoes until they are soft but firm.
- Peel the potatoes and prick them with a fork to absorb the flavors better.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow-fry the potatoes until they turn golden brown. Set them aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Gravy
- In the same pan, add 1 tbsp oil and cumin seeds. Let them crackle.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
